i haaate making facebook albums ugh. it only works in internet explorer and i use 3 different cameras so unless i want to spend my time rearranging the order of the pictures (which - only works in forefox) then i have to jump around and upload 5 pictures at a time and right now its just now working period. but if i dont post them now, then i never will.

i just ate the worst bibimbap of my life! it was all wrong. to get the taste out of my mouth, i bought some “barbeque” cheetos. also disgusting!! korea fail! blake and i went to bulguksa and seogkuram grotto today. they were lovely but, well, boring. on the bus ride home we passed by gyeongju world (amusement park) and the gyeongju expo park which both looked way more entertaining. oh...
wednesday
traveled from Gongju to Daejeon to Daegu to Gyeongju today. why do korean city names have to be so similar? it’s just silly. the whole trip took about 6 hours. i didn’t mind being on the bus since it was raining all day. time to catch up on episodes of modern family, real world dc, and better off ted. soju, mekju, and ramyeon will join me. it’s a good night. xo.

Friday, Burger King (BKC) will unveil plans to sell beer and burgers at a Whopper Bar — a new BK concept to compete with casual dining restaurants — in Miami Beach’s tourist-heavy South Beach. The South Beach Whopper Bar is scheduled to open in mid-February.

My buddy Steven wrote a post about konglish (korean/english) on his blog. I have no clue why or when Korean people started to pair these words with these situations that are in no way connected to their definition in Webster’s, but they are extremely common. Anyone teaching in Korea should certainly familiarize themselves with the terms.
